WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
A university project where I chose to create an app about the effects of ocean acidification and educate students on the impacts it has on the Arctic Ocean. The purpose is not only to teach students about the issue but also for students to understand how to prevent these issues from happening.
It’s important as it raises awareness about the causes and effects of ocean acidification. Ocean Acidification is Carbon Dioxide (CO2) mixed with Water (H2O) which, over an extended period of time, causes the chemistry of the water to decrease in pH levels. As a result, it has a strong impact on marine species, affecting the food chain and humans economically.

After users complete the lessons, they must go through a quiz and put their knowledge to the test.
